NOTE: From our plant, all orders are drop shipped,
make sure someone knows about the delivery! In case of a delivery
problem, make sure to leave your daytime telephone number on the
order forms. Processing your online orders can take up to 24 hours
prior to shipping. We will attempt to ship your order same day if
received by 12 Noon E.S.T. Phone orders toll free in the

For New
York Merchandise/Gifts ( non-food ), these items will be shipped
within 24 hours of receipt. Monday through Thursday.
Orders must be placed by 12noon! Fedex Ground or Fedex
Air
For Carnegie Deli Food Specialty Items, orders MUST be
placed by 12noon. Shipping is ONLY by 2-Day Fedex Air or
Fedex Priority Overnight on these items!
Shipping Example, Non Holiday Weeks: orders will ship on Monday
for a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery, ship on Tuesday for a
Wednesday or Thursday delivery, and ship on Wednesday for a
Thursday or Friday delivery. (NO DELIVERIES ON
A SUNDAY OR MONDAY) Allow 2 consecutive
travel days prior to shipping. Note: Orders shipped Thursday for a
Friday or Saturday delivery must ship priority Deliveries do not
require release signature. (All orders are drop shipped, will leave
at front door if no one home.) Not responsible for abandoned
packages (recipient not home). No deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Not
responsible for incorrect address or zip codes. No Sunday or Monday
deliveries. We are not responsible for
weather delays, in which case, your orders might be delivered a day

If for some reason the product is
damaged or not delivered on time according to the guidelines as
described above, there is a money back guarantee. Please note, the
cheesecakes are not returnable and you must call 877-898-3354 for a
refund. Please have your order numbers available. Refunds must be
claimed within 5 business days of
delivery.
